1. Introduce

Edge milling machine is the new engine equipment developed by our company. We adsorb the new overseas technical of replacing planning with milling, develop the new generation of milling. It's the optimal equipment of replacing the edge planer in the country. It's used broadly in boiler, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, electric power, chemical industry, petroleum engineering machine, bridge construction, steel template, steel structure, metallurgy machine industry. It can mould finished edge, bevel edge, directed edge, U-form edge of stainless steel, carbon steel plate before welding once, the efficiency and precision is improved markedly comparing to the edge planer. And the price is low, the energy consumption can be decreased by more than 70%, the operation and the maintenance are covenient. The milling angle is 0~45 degree, can match the domestic standard facer. The processing thickness is 6~50mm, and according to user's requirement, we can design and manufacture the milling machine with special specification which is applicable to the thickness of 50~120mm. It is presently the optimal and latest engine equipment for the pressure vessel manufacturers. The specifications are XBJ-6, XBJ-9, XBJ-12.
